Products usually ship within 2-8 business days. It can take 1-3 business days to process orders before preparing to ship regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We create shipping labels Monday - Sunday. We don't always ship out orders the same day any day of the week.
*Please note that Shipping times and Courier services can change at any time during product fulfillment or during the transport of product(s). Therefore, we strongly advise customers provide Valid Contact Information at Checkout.
Remember allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing and up to 14 business days for product(s) to be recieved if an order has not been received within our usual shipping time of 2-8 business days.
If order(s) has not processed on the 3rd business day from purchase and you have NOT received a tracking number in 10 days from the end of the 3rd business day for processing time, then we will cancel the order/shipment and process a full refund and notify the customer by the contact information provided at checkout.
Back Orders Can Occur
Sorry, to regret that back ordered items can take up to 48 days to receive. If your order has been paid for and processed by the 3rd day and we've sent Tracking Details by 7 business days, but you have not received the product within 14 business days, then the item is considered (Back Ordered) and it can take up to 48 days to recieve. In this case the customer has the option to wait and receive the product and return the product/item for a full refund minus applicable Non-Refundable Shipping Cost.
